Meet the Seppalas

Ambria Properties, LLC is proudly led by Brian and Amy Seppala, who call Taylors, South Carolina home. Brian has been a licensed General Contractor since 2010, with extensive experience in custom home construction and semi-custom homes throughout the Upstate of South Carolina, including building on both client-owned land and our own select properties. Prior to founding Ambria Properties, Brian owned and operated Framers Unlimited & Construction, Inc.

When they aren’t managing the business, Brian and Amy love spending time with their children and grandchildren—a reflection of the family-centered approach they bring to every home they build.
